An in-depth review of ethics for school social workers is presented utilizing NASW Code of Ethics and the SSWAA Supplemental Guidelines. This presentation gives considerations on how school social workers foster an ethical culture in the school setting. Various ethical challenges and dilemmas are also reviewed. This is presented by two INSSWA board members.
